“Flow Instant Discount on Flexible Time-slot Booking of Hotel and Workspaces” Terms and Conditions:
1.“Flow Instant Discount on Flexible Time-slot Booking of Hotel and Workspaces” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to cardholders with valid EarnMORE Credit Card or WeWa Credit Card (“Eligible Credit Card”) issued by PrimeCredit Limited (“PCL”) in Hong Kong (“Cardholders”).
2.Promotion period of the Promotion is from 3rd June 2024 to 31st July 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
3.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy HK$25 instant discount upon flexible time-slot booking of Hotel and workspaces with single net spending of HK$500 by applying voucher code “WEWA25” at Flow mobile application and website (https://app.flowtheroom.com) (”Flow Platform”) with Eligible Credit Card (“Offer 1”).
4.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy HK$60 instant discount upon flexible time-slot booking of Hotel and workspaces with single net spending of HK$800 by applying voucher code “WEWA60” at Flow Platform with Eligible Credit Card (“Offer 2”).
5.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy HK$80 instant discount upon flexible time-slot booking of Crown Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay or The Park Lane Hotel by applying voucher code “WEWA80” at Flow Platform with Eligible Credit Card (“Offer 3”).
6.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy HK$30 instant discount upon inputting specific invitation code during registration of new account at Flow and any space types booking at Flow Platform with Eligible Credit Card (Only applicable to new users who make the first booking on Flow) (“Offer 4”).
7.Cardholders are required to choose the timeslot and input the voucher codes or invitation code before check out to enjoy Offer 1 to Offer 4. PCL and Flow will not accept any liability should a Cardholder wrongly choose a timeslot or fail to input the voucher codes or invitation code before check out.
8.Offer 1 – Offer 4 are subject to 1,000 quotas respectively and available on a first come first served basis while stock last. The voucher codes and invitation code are subject to the record of actual usage of the voucher codes and invitation code at Flow Platform and availability of the quota of the voucher codes and invitation code at the time of Cardholder using the codes. PCL and Flow reserve the right to end the Promotion at any time after the quota of the Offers is full without prior notice.
9.Cardholder is required to register an account on Flow Platform, and must pay with Eligible Credit Card when conducting transactions during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer 1, Offer 2 & Offer 3. PCL and Flow will not accept any liability should a Cardholder failed to input the applicable voucher code when conducting transactions and result in forfeiture of the eligibility to the Offer 1 – Offer 3.
10.The net spending of Offer 1 – Offer 3 will be based on the booking value after discount.
11.Flow and PCL are not liable if Cardholder failed to input the invitation code of Offer 4 while registering a new account and pay with Eligible Credit Card when conducting transaction and result in forfeiture of the eligibility to Offer 4.
12.Cardholders can only redeem and use the invitation code of Offer 4 once. Offer 4 is only applicable to Cardholders who register new Flow account.
13.Offer 1, Offer 2, Offer 3, and Offer 4 cannot be used at the same time.
14.Offer 1 – Offer 4 are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons, promotional offers, staff discount and membership offer.
15.If Cardholder arrange refund due to personal factors such as wrong booking, unable to check-in etc., Cardholder must purchase again within the Promotion Period to enjoy Offer 1 – Offer 3, PCL and Flow will not accept any liability should the Cardholder is unable to enjoy the Promotion again due to full quota of the voucher code.
16.PCL will verify Cardholders’ transaction records to confirm Cardholders’ eligibility of the discount. In case of discrepancy between the PCL’s records and the transaction records, PCL’s records shall prevail. If a Cardholder is found to be ineligible for the Offers after the discount is enjoyed, PCL will debit from the relevant Cardholder’s Eligible Credit Card account the equivalent value of the discount enjoyed without prior notice.
17.Cardholders are required to keep the relevant official payment records of all Eligible Transactions. In case of any disputes, PCL reserves the right to request Cardholders to present the relevant supporting documents or proofs of the Eligible Transactions for further verification.
18.PCL and Flow reserve the right to cancel the Promotion and/or amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, PCL and Flow reserve the right of final decision.
19.Cardholders understand and accept that all products, and/or services relating to the Offer 1 – Offer 4 of the Promotion are not provided by PCL. PCL accepts no responsibility whatsoever in connection with such products and/or services. All liabilities for any matters relating to such products and/or services (including but without limitation to their quality and supply) are borne by Flow and/or relevant merchant.
20.No person other than the Cardholders and PCL will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any term under these terms and conditions.
21.All products photos, products price and products information under the Promotion are for reference only. For details, please contact Flow. Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
